W postępowaniu mogą wziąć udział zakłady ubezpieczeń posiadające zezwolenie właściwego organu na prowadzenie działalności ubezpieczeniowej na terenie RP we wszystkich grupach ryzyk objętych programem ubezpieczenia.
Na potwierdzenie spełnienia warunku prosimy załączyć do oferty kopię zezwolenia.
W przypadku ofert składanych przez Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń Wzajemnych wymagane jest wyrażenie zgody na wykreślenie członkostwa w TUW jako warunku akceptacji oferty.
